When you submit a KCI Soldiers application or Camp Chaos beta request, KCI stores your name, email, signup type, consent and submission time. A membership application may also include your city, help preference, level, contribution and any optional questions and answers. A beta request includes your iPhone model.

Records are held in the private database attached to this website on the Sites hosting platform (Cloudflare D1). They are available to KCI’s authorized owner for review and export; they are not displayed publicly. Submission does not automatically send an email or add you to TestFlight.

KCI uses these details to review your request and contact you about the community or beta you selected. KCI does not sell this signup list. Only give information you want KCI to receive. Do not submit passwords, Apple account credentials or payment information.

The form uses a hidden spam field and a short-lived, hashed network identifier to limit automated submissions. This rate-limit data expires from application use after an hour. Random-question choices may be saved on your device; personal form answers are not saved there by this site.

To withdraw, correct your information or ask KCI to delete your signup, email KCItesting@hotmail.com using the email you signed up with. KCI should retain signup records only while needed for the stated purpose and remove withdrawn or no-longer-needed records.

Installing TestFlight or accepting a beta invitation is a separate step with Apple’s own terms and privacy information. This website does not collect your Apple password.
